The first question most people ask is why did you buy this product, or why did you want it. For me, this is a simple answer, much like when people buy toys for their kids and tell you about it, this is what I did with this cushion. I have spent hundreds of dollars of coccyx relief for him and to help prevent pressure sores due to his aging, thin skin, and post-stroke paralysis.

I was under the poor assumption I needed donut cushions, which wore out quickly or did not hold their shape. Not all cushions are created equal and this new ChiroDoc (#Bumtiful #SeatCushion #Coccyx) is made from memory foam and has consistently held its shape. There has been no complaint about pressure on his coccyx since he has used it, and this is a major comfort for him. I tried it out and it really does give you relief if you have back problems easing lower back pain from sitting for long periods. He uses it during the day and I use it during the evening while sewing or reading. It is very comfortable.
The covering is a breathable material, since he is in diapers I don't have to worry about soiling the cushion. It is also good to know that it is hypoallergenic and prevents dust mites from breeding on the material helping decreasing allergens in the air around us. This is clearly a great find for me giving us a better quality of life by giving relief from coccyx and back pain.
