I had originally bought this for myself, but noticed my daughter eyeballing it then realized she did not have a bracelet to start a charm bracelet. I showed her how the one end screws off so that the charms can be easily slipped onto the chain. Lobster claw works well and latches without a problem. It looks very fashionable with the dangling heart with or with out charms. It looks expensive and is passable as a faux Pandora type bracelet.

Customer service was awesome, very polite and courteous. I bought his at a reduced rate for testing purposes and in exchange for an honest unbiased review. I am totally satisfied and will probably buy this product again so that I and my daughter in law will have one as well. If you have a larger wrist I suggest you get the largest one they have, there are four sizes to pick from. Product as pictured. I tried to get the best picture I could but my hands shake a little and that darn heart would not quit moving.
