I was pleased to have this product at hand. I have used it several times and hate to say I forgot I was supposed to review it. Opps my bad, it is such a wonderful cooking tool it felt natural to use it, that I would have it in my kitchen at any moments notice. So, by now this has been used to test chicken, pork, beef, water for my French Press, and many other things such as testing if a pie is cooked, custards done and the like. #DigitalCookingThermometer

There are many times I have eyeballed or could smell when things were done according to smell, which is usually right on. Alas, I was wrong ONCE the rest of the time I am on the spot. It happened to be chicken thank you Cafe Whizz for this excellent product. There are several buttons, on/off  button, hold, change from F to C, and max/min. Unless you are a culinary artisan I am only concerned with on/off  and the temp buttons. It is simple and easy to use, the stainless still rod slips in quickly and washes off with soap and water to be stored until its next use. I did note that I like my coffee rather hot compared to others.  Not that it matters, but was unsure why my mouth was always sore could be that I am scalding my mouth daily.

I received this product specifically for peppercorns, the teeth on the last one I had gotten could not hold up for daily use I decided to try a different brand as they are all slightly different. I used this grinder all day for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner. It held up nicely. OK, yes I was supposed to take pictures using it but I was immersed into my cooking; when that happens I am in another world and pictures are the last thing I think of. Now I am using ground beans, for pintos I grind the beans until near a coarse powder and it thickens without adding my normal amount of sugar or having to take some out and grind up the cooked beans which turns to mush. This little baby #QuantumCrush has no problem chewing through the beans , although it is tedious work the end product is an excellent way to cook with better ingredients, whole, crushed, although all natural. I really tear up these products trying everything I can to make sure they stand up to everything and this certainly did. I have to give this grinder very high marks those beans should have stressed the teeth however it has not. This is my first experience with a one earpiece Bluetooth wireless earphone, I have however used a double one and they are very different. I made the stupid mistake of grabbing it before it hit the floor and managed to cut myself rather well.  I found an old band-aide container made out of plastic (travel size) to put my extra blades in when not in use. Cleans well with soap and water, comes with a small brush to clean out the blades if need be.
