This is a good guide to understanding the purpose of essential oils and the different way they can be used and what ailments they can help. The quantity of oils needed for some of these recipes are large and wish they were in smaller. I have tried Aromatherapies with much relief for my asthma. I am not a big fan of some of the more aphrodisiac type recipes I think are more mind than actuality, much like oysters for other people. The same for the partner sensual oil rubs, I found them to be no different than if I used warm olive oil or baby oil.

Each person must decide what is best for them, be mindful of the expiration date on most of your oils. Some last longer than others depending on their purity even when mixed with a shorter or longer life span oil. This book is good and had hoped for more information on cleaning, healthy living with antiseptic oils and how they work for the whole family. The book is written as a recipe with some information and warnings, All in all, my favorite is the Deep Chest rub but I modified it due to an allergy to one oil.

I honestly think that memoirs should not be rated as other literature is rated. How judgmental a society would be to give a rating of any one person. Yaffa has lived an extraordinary life as a wife, mother, daughter, and savvy businesswoman. She experienced personal loses although drove forward showing everyone that determination and preservation we can achieve great goals for the greater good. I received this book to review and give my unbiased honest opinion.I would recommend this as mandatory reading for a Business and Ethics course. #Promotion

This YA novel reminds me of several movies all wrapped in one, which is impossible given the date of which it was written.  The word everyone describes it as irritates me, it is redundant in reviews, each person must use their own imaginations to decide how to describe the scene before them. It is a cross between Divergent and The Giver with a splash time travel.

I dislike writing spoilers as a review, so here we go. A young woman reliving in one realm Autumn afraid of remembering who she is and in where she will wake next. Attempting to blend in although never feeling like she fits in.  where the "others" have control of what is proper and right fearful she may give herself away. Trisha Leigh allows you to live through the eyes and feelings of Althea in this first person magical YA sci/fi, fantasy world.

I enjoyed reading something different for a change, the outcome left me wanting to read more, almost needing to know more of her "Something Else", where did it come from, where will it take her, how did she get it? So many questions left to be answered that you are only left with one conclusion; you must read the next book~

In The Beginning: Chapter One (The Creation Series Pt .5)

This review board does not allow us to give a half star, for the record I give this a 4.5 stars. The characters are very complex, The Behrg takes you on a journey throughout this Novella of several distinct groups of people and how they will eventually entwine with one another. These people are in Venezuela for very different reasons however their paths will eventually cross due to the world's circumstance. Each nuisance of every character plays a role as the story unfolds. From this reader perspective I found the story believable although it does have some very macabre moments.

Everyone in this Novella is on a mission to get what they need congregating in the same place for different reasons. It appears as if some know the other groups, but it was not fully revealed and if so how do they know one another? I am giving this a 4.5 stars, because this is only an installment of the Trilogy.

The beginning of the book may throw you off a little until you realize you are being introduced to all of the characters and their supporting counterparts in the first few verses then it will take you back and forth once again. The Behrg is a non conformist which makes this read even more Mysteriously Suspenseful. I look forward to finding out what happens to these people as I plan on reading this entire trilogy.
