I received this product for free or highly reduced I don't remember. I knew I needed relief and it was a day my knee was locked up. I got it on size xl. My pants are a size L so figured it would fit. I do squats and leg training to help with lifting without using my back. So as you can see it is well defined.
But this size is too small and painful. I am sure if sizing were different it would work. I measured, but it still does not fit properly. 3 stars, better sizing would have worked. Love the color, but no way could I lose that much muscle or would I want too! Great product for a smaller person . I would order 1-2 sizes up esp if you are bulky.
