I have been a WW member for over two years, The first year and a half I was a full on member, the last six months I still watched my points but did this on my own. The new Beyond the Scale program came out, points changed so I signed back up to get a handle on what was new. I am glad I did.

I made brunch by using a recipe provided by WW, Egg, Bacon and greens breakfast sandwich. They are 6 points per serving. Trying to get people to eat more healthy is not an easy thing to do, but we made it through with flying colors 

We danced, had a heck of a lot of fun with glow sticks, a glowing ball, and journals to help support our New You in 2016. We each reflected on what we wanted or thought about the new year.

I received this product from #Splenda and #Crowdtap to try and review. I suggest you visit the Splenda website, there are many recipes that will appeal to you.  If you are cutting the sugar intake of your family or yourself this is the best way to try it. It does not have a bitter taste and dissolves easily. There is not after taste and an excellent substitute for granulated sugar or raw sugar. 

On health aspects, anyone with diabetes will love this product as well as all the recipes on the Splenda website. I have my own little cookbook of saved recipes that I am going or have tried. Plenty of heart healthy tips as well. Head on over and check it out.

The conversion for this product is easy, if you use 1 tsp of sugar, use 1 tsp of Splenda, 1 cup for 1 cup. It is the easiest conversion out there.  Enjoy!!

This is my own opinion , honest and unbiased. 

This was my package when I received them, and since have shared two and plan on keeping one for myself!  

I have been using Cottonelle brand tissue and flushable wipes for a few months and find it refreshing as well as a cleansing experience more than what I was buying before.   I keep a travel pack with me at all times, because you never know when you will need one.

Since they are flushable I do not feel uncomfortable using them at a friends house, camping, or at a store while I am out. They are slim, and fit in a pocketbook (purse), very fashionable colors, and easy to get to with the nice open and closure feature. 

In conclusion no go is perfect without Cottonelle® Flushable Cleansing cloths.  #gocommando

I received several days worth of fast acting Advil, and some to share with my friends and family. I was also sent several $3 dollar off coupons. I was not asked to write a review although I felt that this product deserved to be noted as a very good product and I had been under the "buyers influence" for many years that generic Ibuprofen was just as good. I was wrong.

It is considered an NSAID, many people have heard their doctors say this word, but do not know what it means. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, in layman's terms "this has no steroids" it works basically taking down inflammation, fever, and pain. Many times used for headaches, muscle strains, pulls and aggravation.

They have a patent core and film coating to stop stomach irritation as over use of this medication can cause an increase in stomach acid as well as irritate the stomach lining.

I had a killer headache, happens frequently during the summer with my sinuses and allergies. I really did doubt this medication would work any faster than before, but I was pleasantly surprised when 30 minutes passed and I was feeling relief. From a sinus headache? Wow!

The three friends I gave samples to, also gave me positive feedback. After I had finished my samples I had to buy a new bottle, although my doctor prescribed Ibuprofen 800 mg three times a day without the coating (not to mention they are horse size pills) I asked if I could use the Advil instead, he still gave me the prescription, and also the ok to use Advil fast relief for a rotator cuff injury. It meant taking 4 of them three times a day. It made no difference except now my ulcers were not bothering me.

I recommend this product highly and sharing a 3 dollar off coupon with you. I was not asked to write this review on the free portion, nor the bottle I bought after. This product is just "THAT GOOD"
